This Privacy Policy describes how ClaimsPathway ("we", "us") collects and uses information you provide on this website.

Information we collect

If you complete a case-review questionnaire, we collect the answers you provide, which may include contact information (name, phone, email) and limited health-related information (such as a diagnosis you select) needed to evaluate whether you may qualify. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and, where enabled, an independent certificate of your form submission (TrustedForm) for consent verification.

How we use it

We use your answers to determine whether you may qualify and, if so, to connect you with law firms or their intake providers handling the relevant litigation. If you do not qualify, we do not collect your contact information.

Sharing

Qualified submissions are shared with the law firm or legal intake service reviewing the case, and with our compliance and consent verification vendors. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

Health information and state rights

We collect only the minimum health-related information needed for qualification. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, including under state consumer health data laws. To exercise these rights, email privacy@claimspathway-placeholder.com.
